Constitute an audit, attestation, certification, or accreditation under any standard or regulatory regime
Replace, supplement, or substitute for any third-party audit, attestation, or certification process
Confer any regulatory benefit, safe harbor, or presumption of compliance in any jurisdiction

Compliance with any law, regulation, or framework is determined by qualified auditors, regulators, or counsel — not by AI Aware Certified™ and not by completing one of our courses.

3. Framework and Standard References

Course Content references published standards, frameworks, regulations, and guidance from third-party authorities (e.g., ISO, NIST, the European Union, NSA/CSA, OWASP, CSA Cloud Security Alliance). These references are educational. AI Aware Certified™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or authorized by any of these organizations unless explicitly stated.

The interpretation, application, and current state of any referenced framework or regulation may change. Course Content reflects our best understanding at the time of publication. You are responsible for consulting the current authoritative source for any framework or regulation you intend to apply or comply with.

4. Vendor and Tool Mentions

Course Content may reference, name, compare, or demonstrate specific commercial vendors, tools, products, or services. These mentions are educational and vendor-neutral. AI Aware Certified™:
